Smooth order, helpful team

My recent purchase of a Whatsminer M60S went pretty well. The ordering process on their site was straightforward. I had a small hiccup with my payment method, but their customer support team was quick to help me resolve it over chat; they even followed up to make sure everything was okay. The miner arrived in about 7 business days, well-packaged and in perfect working order. I appreciate the attention to detail with the packaging, especially for such delicate hardware. It's been running stable since I plugged it in. No complaints about quality or performance.

Fast shipping, good price

Bought a Bitmain Antminer L9. Shipped quickly. Price was fair. Miner works as expected. Good experience overall.

Decent miner, slow support

I ordered an IceRiver KAS KS3. The miner arrived in good condition and is running fine. Shipping took about 10 days, which was a bit longer than I hoped. I had a question about setup and customer support took a couple of days to respond. The price was competitive though, so it balances out.

Consistent service, return customer

This was my third order with DCE Miner, this time for an IceRiver KS0 Ultra. Just like my previous purchases of the Whatsminer M50 and some power supplies, the process was smooth. The packaging is always robust, which I appreciate for these sensitive units. Delivery was within their stated timeframe, and the miner fired right up without issue. Their reliability keeps me coming back; I know what to expect when I order from them.

Got my Antminer S21

So I finally got around to getting a Bitmain Antminer S21 from DCE Miner. It showed up exactly when they said it would, which was cool. Setting it up wasn't too bad, just followed some guides online. It's doing its thing now, no drama. Happy with it.
